When you first check in they go over all of your rights as a customers and they cover what you should expect and even tell you about some of the steps that can be challenging so you are not caught off guard. From there they communicated with you each step of the way. There is never a time that you don’t know what it going on with your auto repair. The best was getting my car back, the car repair was as if it never happened before. While I hope I don’t get into another car wreck I now know exactly where I will go to get it fixed."
